Lot of responsibility Very strict work If you will get inspection department then you have to work 6 day per week and 2nd ,4th Saturday holiday Every 3 - 5 year transfer some time it is very difficult to settle in different states If you work in Mumbai then you have to trave 2 hour for go and return . If you comes from odisha , other state then you have to face language issue. When you go to office in train ( Mumbai ) then you have to Heard marthi or other language ... There are lot of issues.. Now I'm going to discuss some positive side 1- salary and allowance Lot of perk you don't have to income tax in allowance 2- learning oppertunity 3- Brand value 4 - good work life balance than any bank 5- fixed timing 9:45 to 5:45 Some department you have to stay till 7 pm ....( Not every day ) 6- obviously Government job

@@suryakantrout-1136 since you can take house rent allowance upto 85000 why do you want to stay in quarters which is quite far away from office get to close locations such as lalbaug where rbi will transfer HRA directly to the owner this cons in the list can be easily resolved then all those negatives are normal in day to day life which no one couldn't deny.Hope you consider this.!Have a great day
