As Sir Said If House Allowance Is Added As A Component In Salary Slip It Will Be Taxable So Yes Unlike The PSBs It's Not Directly Given To The Landlord (Exception Is Having A Leased Accommodation ❤❤)

You have to submit lease agreement. The amount mentioned in the agreement is credited as HRA in employee's salary Upper limit is 75000
