We have been in extra heavy rain and no water comes through. The quality is very high. Wishing you lots of camping memories. And yes we still love our tents. Enjoy!!

How has it performed,also have you been caught in bad weather, do you need the rain fly or does it come with one ?

We haven’t encounter bad weather but we’ve camped in moderate rain. The tent held up well. There were no leaks. Yes it comes with a rain fly. We’ve never used it.

Can you show how you attached the manual pump? I’m having trouble with getting it inflated. Can’t seem to connect it.

The koala tent has two spots where you can inflate with the pump. One at the front and one at the back. I had the same problem until I figured it out. Make sure one is closed tight while you inflate from the other side. Let me know if that works

My tent collapsed 3 suddenly times after holding air for hours. When the sun started going down so did the tent. I’ve reached out to the company but not heard back yet.

Oh no. Sorry to hear that. Is there a leak? Did you check the inflating ports that they were closed tightly? Also are you putting the recommended psi? I’ve never had any issues with mines. At one point I was under inflating the tent until I got a digital electric air pump and it works perfectly. I would recommend inflating the tent and checking for leaks. Thank you. The air cylinders are rock solid. It requires 7 to 8 psi. The brown carpet does not. everything inside the tent I bought separately. Let me know if you need the link for the carpet.

It’s A great tent. You can but for that amount of money I would buy it directly from RBM.

I’ve been following you since last week and I love your videos, I camp at least three times out of the year and I wanna upgrade to an inflatable tent. I’ve been researching different inflatable tents and the one that I really wanted is Coozy but it is coming from China and the shipping cost is too much over $500.00. Where is RMB tent coming from? The products offered by the store are undoubtedly of very good quality. It's a shame that the customer service, at least in my experience, was very bad, especially due to the apathy of some of the RBM outdoors staff like Tatiana, who, due to a legitimate claim of a charge made to my credit card even though they informed me that the order had been canceled due to declined payment (although my bank statement says otherwise),she ARBITRARILY canceled another unrelated order I had placed with my shop account, I really wanted the koala 7 tent. BUT THIS GIRL'S INTRANSIGENCE LEFT ME NO OPTION BUT TO TELL THE STORY TO THE ENTIRE COMMUNITY.
