Cool build and video, 👍 I can definitely see that ur getting alot of flex from those leafs. I would try mounting the axels on top of the leafs to try and get the CG down some more.

Did you buy a longer drive shaft since its to short for the articulation we add
@MyRClive2 жыл бұрын
I ended up using some Rc4wd steel shafts . they have a longer linier travel than the plastic ones . so no but yahh kinda

Car actually works a lot better than stock! Interior and exterior look amazing. I think Marty Mcfly is going to loose his arm and Ellie looks bored. Good job!

All the RC4WD stuff I have bought has been real good. I use a lot of their wheels. Am planning on building a TF2, I'm liking yours. Just saw your channel, keep it up, I'll forward it to a couple RC buddies. Mostly, have fun. 😊👍

Are you running shock springs with the Teraflex shackles……sweet rig man
@MyRClive2 жыл бұрын
its red leaves and no spring in the damper . and currently I have coilovers and three link on the front

@@MyRClive nice man…I ordered the shackles and z boxes a couple days ago, was wondering if I should put my damper springs back in… thank you for the reply
@MyRClive2 жыл бұрын
gotcha , I had to recurve the leaves a little
@MyRClive2 жыл бұрын
@@victor-ri7ey you will probably just havta play with the shape of the leaves

Installed the revolver shackles in front and back and z box in the back only, new problem came about lol…..the stock driveshaft in the rear is to short, keeps popping off. I just ordered punisher shafts, which driveshafts do you run?

Looks just incredible. Have not ventured into any RC4WD vehicles yet, but I love the detail and realism. May have to break down and try one out. Great video!

so your saying the 35kg servo is that trash brother? so keep my stock one instead ya think...my stock one is the twister rc4wd servo like you got..
@MyRClive2 жыл бұрын
yup that rc4wd twister servo is pretty good , way better than that Amazon servo and pretty much as good as th eco power high torque unit I put in it . I am thinking you havta get way out of the price point range to get mich stronger
@josecanseca89792 жыл бұрын
@@MyRClive to be honest in all my trail trucks i run the ds3225 25kg servo and there fine for me mind you i only do trail runs but i never had an issue i just thought the 35kg servo will be better since the 25 kg was great..i bought one ''35kg-servo'' like 6 months ago but its sitting waiting to go in a build, but i was gonna use it once my marty mcfly rc4wd body comes in but watching your videos made me realize im gonna stay with the stock set up and only change the transmitter to my flysky...but i do have 1080 esc's for my rc4wd i was gonna sell my stock esc and servo for 40$ bc i thought it sucked but thanks brother bc ur videos are gonna make me leave them in for 30 days while ill break in the leafs..i will remove all 4 inner shock springs..and remove one leaf in all 4 corners but besides that let the trail runs do the breaking inn...thank you..sorry for the long response great channel great video my rc friend

I think the steering servo is are hit or miss. I’ve been running one now for two years. Which was the first upgrade I did on my TRX4 and I’ve been running it and 7.4 V so hit or miss I think
@MyRClive2 жыл бұрын
I started using an eco power unit WP-120 and it feels very similar to the stock twister servo . so I went big and just ordered up a holmes hobby SHV500V3 today and will be running that straight to the battery, I'm also trying to find some smaller 3s packs that fit under the body and I think that will hopefully solve the stalling issues I'm having now that the truck is so heavy
@danweiss49282 жыл бұрын
@@MyRClive yeah that will treat you good. Dude I’m jealous of your holmes hobby steering servo. They’re a horse!!! Soon I will have one. But for now my TRX4 Is happy with my cheep Walmart/Amazon. LOL

@@MyRClive What ESC are you running?
@MyRClive2 жыл бұрын
@@danweiss4928 STOCK for now , I'm still on the fence about choosing an esc because I'm considering going brushless and I don't have any issues with the way it works .
