Rudder and aileron mix - but not too sudden.

IMO C123 flies the best. Followed closely by C190 and C189. The C187 and C186 are nice as well but they are not as nice. They all fly very nice indoors. the C123 and C189/C190 fly nice outdoors.

This one doesn't have optical flow sensor right？ witch one you prefer 145 or little bird？

The MD500E (Little Bird) does not have optical flow sensor. The H145 (C190) doe shave it stock. I must say I prefer it without and I will probably take it off of my H145 as well.
