Nice video. Just to let you know if you didn't realize; If your endpoints weren't set and that's what was causing the over extension, that's probably the same reason why you burned out your original steering servo. Most people don't realize, if your endpoints aren't adjusted, your servo can be working the whole time you are hard over on the wheel. This stresses and overheats the servo and can break it easily if you get an impact while hard over. Everyone I've talked to to that said something like, "these servos suck, I burned one up." I ask them if they set their endpoints and the answer is always, "What's that?" Anyway, great vids. Keep it up!

Steering end points are one of the 1st things I set with a new RC. I'm new to crawling and I was having the same issue with my rig. I wanted some steering but the truck couldn't handle it lol. Glad you got it figured out.

I just built one after buying the raw kit, I had that issue, what I did to fix it was changing the angle of the front axle, it was pitched to far down making the driveshaft perform at an aggressive angle and causing the hop. I changed out the 2 front lower control arms that lead to the transmission plate with shorter ones, making the angle where it needs to be. Super smooth, and the hop is gone. Also, if you have the fly sky gt5 radio and you have the gyro enabled on a crawler it will make the front hop, it did it on my Ecto and as soon as I turned off the gyro it stopped hopping. Hope this can help anyone with this issue.

I hope i kan help you with the drive shafts.. I put in mine an aluminum or steel stick, they must get in a little hard than it works perfectly and they are a little more beefy too works absolutely great in my crawlers.. So than i wish you happy rcing. And nice greetings from Austria my friend
