Brakes are set to 75 percent factory. Turning it down drops it from that point. I am running mine on my new Radiolink rc8x. The ABS feature really helps with this car.

Getting more than 63mph with the stock 16t pinion? I only got 61moh and Driftomaniacs said he got 59mph. Brake is supposed to be set to full. AVC doesn’t matter. Spektrum just posted videos on how to calibrate this system. Finally.

😎👍 anti sag either by using nitro fuel line or the easiest way a few o-rings keep the shock rods in the rear from bottoming out... Go nuts put a few underneath the Pistons in the front to keep it from lifting but that's only if the car goes fast enough to lift off the ground. 😜

The way you did the alignment was strait to the point. Best way to do it in my opinion. I was wondering how to align the wheels on my trucks. I was imagining all kinds of complicated tools, levels, rubber bands, a toothpick and hammer. You just pulled out a tape measurer and nailed it! lol While I'd be nuking it out.

Basically with Earl Moorhead's help and FORCING me to use the SPEED SQUARE that he knew I had AND NOT MY BLIND EYES anymore it's fairly easy to just set it up.

Have you taken out the bearings and checked them on that wheel...and maybe borrow the bearings from another one your arrmas and see if it still has that slop

We have to realize at the end of the day these cars are built by factory workers. I'm sure there is a certain spec that they are supposed to be within but that "spec" isn't like machinist type precision measurements. Just like you saw with your crooked DR10 body and Your other RC that had a screwed up sticker. It's best to go over the entire car yourself if you want it the best it can possibly be. A factory worker will not care as much as you do about your RC.

Was the adjustments you made correct? Did it track straight? Did the tires wear every after the adjustments? Maybe shock settings and the different tie rod positions available. Any advantages to making adjustments from stock.

@@iconone5 yes tracked very well allowing me to edge out my top speed. Other adjustment really depend on temps and what your goal is.

Hey I did a calibration video last week. Check it out. But nice 👌 vid. Question. When you did your alignment, did you also account for cornering when the body roll? Because you said in the beginning of the video that you like to keep the car stock no speed gear. I read that you should have at least -1 to -3 degrees.

Front yes rear is flat static but under acceleration is does squat. Right now I'm just setting up for straight line RIPPING👍💯👊
