They don’t break super easily…I’m sure it got a bit bound up and then broke…I probably should have backed off rather than kept going

Have you not tried to walk on rocks with cleats or snow spikes ? It’s literally more slippery, I don’t think the spikes work on rock like your thinking . It’s why mountains climbers switch back and forth between spikes and shoes on mixed climbs . In ice spikes are good but when it’s rock your ass better go back to boots . Spikes on rock are slick

Nope these have worked very well in the past on a different truck….it all depends on how porous the rock is…if it’s porous they do really well…smooth rock they don’t do well
