Hello, this is a good explanation. Very informative. If I may add two comments, firstly I would like to mention that if you are referring to the sounds the machine makes, it would be highly recommended to tune down to background music, which is annoying anyways. Secondly may you please also refer to a source to obtain real data in concerns of temperature and humidity for each egg type. You are only talking about that one shall stick to the temperatures. Thank you.
