Great maiden. It is one of those jets, that if done right, you can’t tell when it actually touches earth again. I have found the same on geotex.

This is a great 1st to 2nd EDF you'll be fine if you have basic flying experience.

What kind of radio gear do you have? I have the FySky Taranis X9D Plus. For some reason the telemetry I have daisy chain does not register on my transmitter. What do you think might be the cause? No other issues.

Got my Viper 90mm together to find out that when on for an extended period of time both my flap servos are extremely HOT! What can be cause this?

That's not good sounds like the end points need to be adjusted as they may be too closed when up stalling the servo

I would! If you have flown. Prop plane then this would be a good step..they mKe a 70mm Viper too that's also a great starter

It was fine for the flight! But ya know, these EDFs are hard on old lipos!!

So SMC sells an 8100 mA pack that weighs just as much as some of the 5000 and 6000 mah on the market and it can also handle up to 150 A. Also you can get about seven minutes of run time. You might wanna look into that. I promise you the jet will be even faster just by using that battery and if you don’t like the battery I’ll buy it from you for the same price you paid for it that’s how confident I am you will love that pack.
