The reference 40 CFR 262.34 is out dated. Video not up to date with current EPA CFR 40 regulations for training.

Thank you for your comment Daniel. You are correct. We posted this video in 2016, shortly before EPA's Generator Improvements Rule took effect. Among other revisions, that rulemaking re-organized the hazardous waste management regulations for generators. The training requirements for hazardous waste personnel at large quantity generator facilities were moved to 40 CFR 262.17(a)(7), for example. I've corrected our video Title accordingly.
