Juber Rahman Hi Endo tip is from DTE very reasonable pricing only 1000 bucks . Why H file for Recap - H files help in circumferential files and better debris removal . Regards Atul Trivedi

Hello, Manual hand files are the inevitable part of endodontics one can not proceed only with rotary instruments. Rotary instruments are adjunct to finish BMP faster and allowing the irrigant to reach the apical third and make it more convenient to fill .

Rotary is just an upgrade . It will never replace hand filing use your hand files correctly till #20 k . And then put roatry nothing will happen .

Hello atul sir wanted to ask how do we calculate 1/3 of canal like orifice opener instruct us to use it to 1/3 of canal like if canal length is 18mm 1/3 would be 6 mm

Kavita Shetty when I say canal it starts from coronal orifice till apex u can approximately reduce 7 mm from the ref point till the orifice then you canal length remains 11 mm approx so to be on a safer side we would use our enlarger till 11 mm of working length means it will engage onle 3 - 4 mm into the canal system

Kavita Shetty Hi i am glad you viewed this video . For Re Rct there are different rotary files from many companies viz Protaper ,neo Endo or Mani they are designed to remove gp in true crown down motion . Auto reverse stands for reverse movement of rotary instrument when it binds more the set torque it reverse for 3 -5rotation and again forward . Dr. Siddhesh Nar Hi if budget is not a problem then prefer Endomate or Xsmart but if it is then you can buy these woodpecker devices they are considerably better than rest of the Chinese devices, one of my friend is using Endoradar and he is satisfied with it ,since you will not buy machines very frequently so always buy a tested one.
