@@gabrieljohnny7237 uhhhh on-demand sites of the channel, if the show was made for tv, will usually have then there. If it's made for stream you can just torrent them.

You know, I like that the episode doesn't show Rimmer's self loathing and how he doesn't get along with himself because after The Beginning, he would have a better self esteem. It's showing of his character development that having multiple of him around no longer has the problem it used to. Or at least that's how I read into it. I must have missed that line explaining how the clones would have done whatever he ordered if Rimmer was their commanding officer.

Okay, this episode looks like a ton of fun as I was laughing from the clips shown in this video. And that abrupt ending is actually pretty badass! We don't need to see the aftermath, we don't even need to see Rimmer be humiliated further: What matters is that Rimmer lures the Bio-Rimmer abomination into a death trap, Lister utters a pretty awesome remark, and they kill the damn thing. And it's utterly [genuinely] badass to watch in action. "You better make room for one other thing on that list." "And what's that?" "DYING!" [pew pew] *Red Dwarf theme intensifies*

Do you ever think that Chris Barrie gets tired of doing the multi-man episodes? Rimmer is normaly the person being cloned or having an alternate version hanging around. It's probably fine when it's just one clone or Ace in the episode, but when you have so many Rimmers walking around, that's a lot of scenes of just Chris all by himself.

That rimmer suddenly was in danger was an inconsistency the size of Mars. His hard light drive should have made him completely invulnerable to gunfire and being absorbed.

It was a good episode, but I felt the ending was far too abrupt. Like there should've been a little more payback against Rimmer to close the episode.

6:19 Wow the 'dollarpound' gets brought up again for the first time since season 4 as far as I remember... I think the writers were trying to imply that maybe British and American culture merges to some extent in the future since people are now living in space... Just a personal theory.

I always thought they could do so much more with the Rimmer monster if they had the budget to pull it off. You know how when you get a paper jam while making tons of copies, the same image gets plastered on the same page several times. Well, imagine if Rimmer's torso got copied over and over again on the same body, making a long Rimmer centipede with hundreds of arms as it's legs. That would've been really funny and creative instead of a blob monster.

Fun episode, though I’m not a fan of the abrupt ending. I was expecting one more gag to cap it off.

I liked this episode, I think they missed a potential gag though. "make a stronger braver version of me!" They could have made an Ace Rimmer cameo!!!!!

Could've been ace who saved the day, and because he's technically an officer (In another universe mind you) he could have demoted Arnold.

Is it even possible to absorb the real Rimmer? I know his system lets him actually touch things now but he's not even made of the same materials as the clones. If they are capable of absorbing something that isn't even genetically compatible with them, what else could they theoretically absorb into their form?

In Lego Dimensions, the Bio Printer from this episode shows up in the final room the player can access in the secret Red Dwarf area. Depending on who you ask it might make a copy of Rimmer, but it's a little hard to tell since he doesn't say anything. Ethan Hunt can scan the character who may or may not be Rimmer and disguise himself to enter a security gate and release a minikit.

This is my favourite episode from Series 11, although I do tend to favour the Rimmer episodes. Chris Barrie, as always, was great and I have to praise what I don't doubt was a ton of work that went into creating the RImmer Monster. As with most others here, my only problem was with the abrupt ending (something that is a recurring problem this series IMO).

To reply to your comment at 4:00, yeah, I'd watch that out of curiosity. I've watched weirder sports shows. Have you heard of the KZbin channel called Jelle's Marble Runs? I first saw his videos on inter-dimensionalcable.xyz/ He produces "marble sport" videos and it's surprisingly popular. I mean, take a look at this. www.reddit.com/r/Marblelympics/comments/c79bjk/finally_got_everyone_together_for_2019/ Thinking about it now, I wonder what Lister and Cat would've made of it?

I am sorry, Cyborcat. I didn't find it that funny. It was almost a Rimmerworld clone. Rimmer should have guessed by now that too many of him is not a good thing. Of course, it is never known by fans, at least not me, whether this is the same Rimmer from Season 6 who left us to take over for Ace Rimmer, or the actual Rimmer from Season 8 who was killed again with the ship crew and revived as a hologram. If it was the latter of the two Rimmers, then he wouldn't know what the other one went through. Still, I didn't really like it. The Monster Rimmer was far too much. The many Rimmers were far too much. The old saying "you can't have too much of a good thing" even applies here to Rimmer.
