Heft package for testers is fifty percent based on luck and fifty percent on hard work. As a tester iam saying this. Hike also depends on previous package. Moreover because of development of ai testing jobs will be in danger situation. Here talking particulary about testers, every tester can do hard work but getting company which provides hefty package depends on luck,work location like factors.if you are beginner with 2 to 5 years of experience it is best suggestion to go dev side.

They do hire junior roles but they choose mostly IITians and IIM ,NIT students for that... if you are from those colleges you can expect a call from Amazon if you have applied from their company portal. Amazon Jobs.
