It's more so the impulse switch from him having a good time seeing the cars, to arrogant & trying to prove something. Those are the kinda people you watch out for, he was already imagining himself with the cars saying he'll take the Urus instead the RR. Then reality sat in and he became irate & insecure about his lack of wealth. Who knows what someone like that will do fulfill their fantasy? and or if they KNOW they can't have that life, they'll try and stop someone from having that life?.
