Temari was not cleaner than Motoko, that was kind of bias lol. Temari fan art outfit had too many pouches and the grey wasn’t it. And when they looked up her outfits, it had a better color scheme than the fan art, but like Ben said, it wasn’t hitting lol. Motoko had leggings that were connected by straps which led into a dress-like jacket, and along with the dark colors, that was cleaner.
