S9.E8 | Pegasus Suites is the First Modern Building in Georgetown

I discuss the context on the New Pegasus Suites and Corporate center as the first modern architecture building being constructed in Georgetown and on the coast. I expect that there will be a line of similar hotels along the coast to take advantage of the view of the Atlantic ocean. Georgetown is expected to divide into an Old Town where buildings are constructed from wood or concrete and steel and a New Town where all the new buildings that are similar to the Pegasus Suites constructed from glass and steel.
