@UberTrojan It feels less realistic, John is angry, one of his friends got shot, the other stabbed, and the dude that turned his family (gang) against him, teased him with fucking his wife multiple times, killed his brother, fucked up the gang morale and got other members of the gang killed is 2 steps away from him, while having to deal with all of his pawns shooting at him, to me euphorically raging, rushing towards Micah is way cooler than walking slow motion like he is just some stereotipically cool kind of character from some kind of action movie franchise like John Wick.

I mean, Dead Eye is the most famous mechanic from the game. John Marston was the first character you could use who had Dead Eye in the series. You literally kill Micah through Dead Eye. This is a really cool video but saying that you need to play the mission without Dead Eye is a bit of an overreaction. But the Dead Eye is a key part of the franchise, and having bad aim or not, it's dope and fun to use it! What an amazing end to the game. After watching Arthur die, and John initially wandering the map trying to get his life in order. The final mission gives you John as the Avenging Angel. Singlehandedly carving a bloody swathe through Micah's gang. You finally see the first glimpses of the beast John was in RDR1.

Honestly I feel like the one issue with deadeye that I have that's also why these videos exist (which is nice because this is so sweet to watch) is simply that the music stopped. It makes sense because time slows down so to speak but it's so annoying and completely takes you out of it. However on the bright side watching something like this or even something without the hud is pretty much peak happiness

The longest shot I have ever made with a revolver was in the mission in which you break John out of prison in Guarma. When you have to shoot the guards from the tower, I shot both of them with a Worn Cattleman Revolver. One got a headshot. And I did not used Deadeye.
