I did it with rampage trainer, just like that: Position him, put hotkey on "make enemy", position yourself and press hotkey then shoot him thats all.

You just need a lot of practice before starting the recording so, whenever you're ready spawn some 2 or 3 gang members and start shooting them with quickdraw after a lot of practice you will make a good videos I'm sure ( thanks for watching btw )
