Pretty close. The blue everyday shirt that's in SP is technically more accurate, it might seem a bit off but it's actually correct. The buttons even match. The pants also aren't actually black, they're a very dark navy blue. The ranch pants that john wears with the crease work pretty good for that. I'm not sure if it's online. You at least got the boot color correct. However, the boots he wears are suede. The closest thing I could find were this one pair of boots that's part of an outfit. I can't even find a link on it because they're that obscure.

My guys skin just looks way to old even at 18 he looks like he is at his death bed mainly the eyes are the worst I have this problem with every character I make any tips

No idea what it could be. Maybe something is up with your copy. Try uploading all your progress to the cloud, reinstalling the game and downloading your progress again. I hope it works.
