17:15 Is it 60days from knowing that the act is not considered undesirable anymore or 60days from publishing? Are they to immediately comply upon finding out, meaning must they be compliant during that 60days to remedying? If they fail to remedy the situation within 60days & get fined penalties. Are they still expected to continue trying to remedy the effects, even paying the penalties? Do FSPs that knowingly do not comply expected to remedy the situation, in addition to paying besides the penalties?
