I thought that he's *intentionally* saying "Boca" and "Condo" with a bit of an Aussie accent at 0:18 because he just likes to for fun. He said it with regular U.S. accent at 0:15 singing. :P I always played with different accents when I was young with my friend. Maybe I'm wrong, we'll have to see what he says, if he sees this post...
