Brian Robbins is actually starting to scare me. He comes across as someone who has all these ideas floating around in his head, and before he has time to really analyze them and think about if he really should do them, he puts them into production. He seems to have the opposite problem of Cyma- she tried too hard to play things safe, canceling shows before they hit their stride and sticking mostly to Spongebob and Schneider shows, while Robbins is being way too reckless, trying too many different endeavors and seemingly not having concrete plans for any of them

It's like he's the antithesis of Cyma and it's terrifying. Cyma tried to look toward the future to the detriment of everything else, Brian wants to continue dreaming about the past and...now this.

I’m with you PieGuy, and actually, SpongeBob now has a KZbin channel but it’s available on the nickelodeon KZbin channel as well. They do have a miniseries called the Patrick show. However, all it is is shortened Versions of episodes from the first few seasons with the laugh track over it. Each episode is 4 to5 minutes.

London Jackson I agree, and as for the SpongeBob Twitter, I miss the original tweets. Now the tweets are very weird. Some of them don’t even make since. The funny thing about the KZbin channel is that the videos are actually from Nick’s KZbin channel. So technically the only reason a separate channel would be beneficial is if someone didn’t want to scroll through all the other videos just to find the SpongeBob ones.

Why not just put all the SpongeBob videos in a playlists that is updated regularly and leave them on Nick’s channel if they’re not going to put in the effort to create unique content for the channel? And yeah, relying on the nostalgia factor isn’t a smart move either. I wanted to see if Nick was the only networkdoing this, and the answer is no. Cartoon Network has made separate channels for some of their shows like Steven Universe, PPG 2016, and The Amazing World of Gumball the channels contain clips from the early seasons of these shows. The only difference is that even though the clips are from older seasons, the upload dates are recent.

The thing about the SpongeBob spin-offs is that it was always a matter of when, not if. Same thing happened with the Rugrats, two movies, lots of season where most Nicktoons can't reach half of, and now the spin-offs. Although All Grown Up is my guilty pleasure, I remember Pre-School Daze! and it was the first show where I would change the channel whenever it was on, considering I was able to sit through Yakkity Yak, that's how bad it got.

Also, this *reeks* of a Monkey's Paw thing--Cyma pushed the future, this guy's pushing the past so hard it's giving me vertigo. The Spongebob franchise just needs to survive via merch at this point. No episodes, just merch--because this show has gone on *long* enough in my opinion.

A Patrick Star Show was released on Nick in 2021, got renewed for a second season. A Sandy Direct-To-Netflix Movie got announced for a release date in Late 2023. *The Casagrandes was released in 2019, ended in 2022, had crossovers with The Loud House, ended with 70 Episodes *All That Season 11 Premiered in 2019, ended in 2020. According to sources (Wikipedia) The Show DID get picked up for an additional season, but due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, production hasn't resumed and it's presumed the show is now cancelled. *Ryan's Mystery Playdate premiered on Nick in June 2019, surprisingly this show is still airing new episodes as of April 2023. How a show based on a child is still going strong 4 and a half to 5 years later is beyond me *Simon Fuller/Ryan Tedder-Produced Untitled Project: Initially titled 'Counting Stars' the Pilot called California Dreamin' wasn't picked up by Nick, but apparently Nick aired the Pilot episode and it never went to series *Are You Afraid of the Dark?: Came back as a mini-series that aired in October from 2019-2022, the movie was later scrapped. *Are You Smarter Than A 5th Grader?: Aired from June to November of 2019, a Seasonal show to fill a time slot if I ever saw one. *Double Dare: Was indeed renewed in 2019...the show would conclude that December. *The Substitute: Began airing in April of 2019, would conclude in February of 2021, which is longer than anyone would expect a show like this to air for. *America's Most Musical Family: Aired for 2 Months.
