Well DSM’s have the True 4G63, the Evo 7bolt 4G63 is a little different. But agreed he should Do a DSM, cheaper can make more power and not break as much….maybe..lol

When you do the sticker method and spray over the sticker with powder your supposed to let the powder just gel out and then you peel the sticker off and then put it back in the oven and do the normal process

You can buy a clear powder coat powder, apply that after the sticker and leave the sticker on, or finish in clear 2k paint

Maybe putting the Brembos in and out of the stripper tank weakens the metal causing the threads to strip out? Ive seen others with the same problem and always wondered

not sure what chemicals are in that stripper, but aluminum threads aren't very strong to begin with. & taking the calipers apart & back together all the time will wear out the threads fast, plus sandblast is horrible for aluminum & makes it brittle & weak.

best thing to try would be doing everything the same powder coat wise, but take the stickers off before you bake the grey, while its still powder.

On time always love it you should've took off the decals right after you sprayed em with the grey before you put them in the oven

That will cause it to gel out and end up with no straight lines. Should spray your base gel it out put sticker on then spray your main color then let it just gel then peel then throw back for full cure cycle

Cut negative versions of the stickers so that the surrounding area is masked off. Spray the base color Nardo grey then apply the negative sticker and spray the silver on top. Remove the sticker and you should get what you're aiming for. Nardo would look cool. It would also give you a chance to revisit doing the door jams.

I'm sure you already fixed it by now, but I say you should drill out those sus bolt holes on all the calipers and put some steel helicoils in to keep those threads strong and not strip out another in the future. If they were all off the car, would take no time at all 🤙

If those seats don’t dry, I’d put the seats along with a dehumidifier in your washroom in the corner of the shop with the door closed. You’ll be surprised how quickly the dehumidifier will draw the moisture out of the seats.
