Disagree unfortunately, rose had horrible landing mechanics. Thibs ran his players to the ground for sure. But I think Rose gets hurt regardless. He didn’t change his landing and improve his balance until his 2nd big knee injury. As someone with multiple acl tears, it was bound to happen with how violently he jumped and landed on his legs

I think that he might've had a few more productive years but those injuries would've caught up with him eventually. Playstyles that focus solely on athleticism do not last long in the league as you often have really high highs but flame out early. Unless D Rose shot more 3s and drove to the basket less later in his career, there's a good chance he would stop being an all star player by around 2016.
