Thank you very much for letting us know about your situation. However, we regret to inform you that we cannot reverse the winner selection. We sent multiple emails at 20:03 on October 16th, 18:38 on October 18th, and 10:01 on October 20th (all in JST) to finalize the shipping details. Unfortunately, we did not receive a response within the 7-day timeframe, as mentioned in the campaign’s Terms and Conditions and in the video, We understand that this is a difficult situation, and we recognize it may be disappointing. However, to keep things fair for everyone, we must adhere to the rules we set for the campaign. Once again, we truly apologize for any inconvenience, and we hope for your understanding.
