Dr. Tharaka, thank you very much for one of the most educational 18min I have ever experienced. So valuable knowledge, I will share this with my daughter and anyone who is interested about improving their memory. Thank you!

Im doing a ted-athon (marathon binge watching ted talks ) with breaks of course , i play games or watch netflix in between . I want to see how many ted talks i can watche in one month , or 6 month . Recently my average had been 3 ted talks per day but i intend to increase the daily amount . Any how i made a playlist on my channel so you can join me and watch them too ( or just half of them if you want skipping a few ). I am having fun watching this video because im learning new things and i hope you are having fun as well

So much effort making up elaborate stories that don’t make any sense.

I would be more impressed if you took 15 minutes to learn how to have a simple conversation and another language

It is not a competition and they are not handing out medals. He is giving you a framework to use and even build upon. It is up to you to use or discard.

his technique is useful only to remember only short things and not to texts. He cant remember even the shopping list he has and his eyes are focusing on it.
