Checking valve clearance is standard in first service.

@@sudhirsingh7207 I don't know why the author says Opening Valve is standard practice. But thing is, they all do is the Tappet adjustment.... once the bike cools down then only they do such adjustments. Now question is when to do so: If you ride as a sane witha class rider under prescribed speed limits, you will not hear this sound atleast 3k to 5k Yesterday I traveled 300 kms and heard only after wrong driving etiquettes lets say revving unnecessarily, sometime 80 kmpl to sometimes 60 ot 75kmpl speed and then roads not proper. But again, I am sane rider. Now coming to the answer. In first service when mechanic hears the sound, he installs that 695/- kit. Its profit of service center, RE all together. Kids who don't understand mechanics of wear and tear who revv their engine with 500km and 1000km Engine mature time destroy the hydralics shaft, Edges are hard, Ability to adjust as per twmprature and build up the Core stregth is almost zero when buke is not treated as amachine rather an object of abuse.... the hydraulic shaft tappet gets wear and tear and hence the noise is there. If 50-60 kmpl speed is maintained till 1000 km limit and Engine has lost all the internal parts the miniscule sluggy Mettalic hard edges and filled with layer of Oil then tge engine is ready to perform. I will get the engine openned only after 5000kms and get the kit installed. If sound start to come then will get it done in between. Its 2022 and RE is aware about this since last 30 years. Precaution is better than Cure
