In our first ride video, we tell you all the things that we liked and disliked about the new Royal Enfield Hunter 350. Since it targets young buyers who mainly travel in and around Cities, RE has made several changes to the frame and engine tuning. The mileage it gave us was pretty impressive at 35kmpl considering it's a 350cc motorcycle. It's available in three trim levels - Retro factory (single disc & single channel ABS), Metro Dapper (Dual discs, dual channel ABS, single-tone paint schemes), and Metro Rebel priced between Rs 1.50 lacs - Rs 1.68 lacs (ex-showroom). Hope you find this video useful.

Hello to all, i own a GT650, a piece of advice to all, before buying a RE bike please find a good local mechanic and a genuine RE parts dealer, the bikes are good but the RE service centre guys are thieves, conman and first class idiots😠,if you tell them a problem-their solution is test their test drive vehicle, first they will try to make the customer to feel like an idiot and make him believe that the problem doesn't exist and it is only a customer's imagination,if at all they accept the problem in the bike then they will advice you to change more than 3-4 parts even when the the problem can be rectified by just changing a single part, over and above that even when a customer is paying for the repair and parts then also RE service centre behave like sarkari office as if they are doing a favour on you🤯🥴,never buying an RE bike again in my lifetime😤

RE has made a few mistake by launching this motorbike because:- 1) it looks waaay classier than that prehistoric piece of junk, also known as the Classic 350 2) Hunter's lightweight and modular looks will attract the newer gen of young bike enthusiasts 3) Same engine yet lightweight makes it a faster cruiser 4) With Hunter RE has already begun rethinking about phasing out the old classics

Very helpful info bro.. Taken Test Ride 26.3.23. Felt comfortable to ride with family of 3 in city traffic. And Solo Test Ride was al tooo tab. Might opt to buy this as it's satisfying my requirements ... 1. family use Within city (hope m right) 2. 350cc at reasonable price 3. Being proud owner of RE. Looking forward to hear from you ..

Watched ur video after purchasing the bike. Already riding it for 10 days now in a tier 2 city of India. Few of my observations: 1) excellent handling. It's fun to ride it. 2) any time doesn't feel that it is loosing power. 3) excellent looks 4) I am 6ft and no problem at all. 5) Lots of potholes and speed brakers in the city but ground clearance not an issue if u r driving normally. But if u r determined to make it touch to the ground then u ll definitely succed easily. 6) Didn't find any issue as of now but yes the heating issue is a real one. It's monsoon time and not much heat at this time still ur foot feels it. 7) suspension could be better but it's ok not much noticable if it's ur first bike of this segment. In the end I would say that I m proud of it. 👍

I am bit older guy, have owned 30 bikes plus from 1000cc race bikes to 150 cc Asian bikes. I have 500 km on my Hunter, I like the bike, but there are two issues I have with it. Rear springs are way too stiff (softest setting) for normal person, I guess if you are 120 kgs you will be ok. Less of an issue, but still not to my liking is the clutch, it simply has too narrow engagement point. It's smooth, the pull is ok, but engagement is 50% too narrow for a nice feeling clutch. In addition, both levers are far from the handle bar. I have big hands and they are at the far limit. If you have smaller hands, pay attention when trying the bike. Rest is cool, the bike is what it is, a relaxed, torquey motor, beautiful transmission, in blue and white good looking normal bike. Hope this helps someone.

Being a Mechanical engineer and a designer in automotive field, I have following observations. I was looking for a family bike for city rides mostly with a flat (horizontal seat), circular headlamp and retro-like + premium design (not like 100-150cc bikes). After exploring lot of bikes, I finalized three options to compare. 1. Honda H'ness 350 CC 2. Royal Enfield Hunter Rebel 350 CC 3. TVS Ronin 225 CC I test drove all 3 vehicles 2-3 times and following are my observations, 1. Honda H'ness 350 CC - *Pros* - Nice retro/classic look, Low end torque is good, Seating space for pillion rider is more than other two vehicles. *Cons* - Bulkier (Box size), Paint quality, Higher cost as compared to other two vehicles 2. Royal Enfield Hunter Rebel 350 CC - *Pros* - Beautiful Design/Styling/Look, Great color schemes, Turning radius is smaller than Ronin (Less space to turn the vehicle), Reasonable cost. *Cons* - The biggest issue (design flaw) is positioning of foot rest (pegs), just below the sitting position. This makes it difficult to keep your feet on ground while you are at signal or in slow moving traffic. Foot rest (pegs) keep touching your legs and is very uncomfortable. Another point is that seat on rear end tapers downward and seating space for pillion rider being less, pillion rider tend to move back and when you accelerate, pillion may feel like toppling/falling down at back side. So this is not safe and hence, back rest is MUST. Handle bar positioned in such a way that you need to keep your hands stretched straight all the times which is not a comfortable sitting posture. Low end torque/performance (2 & 3 gear) is sluggish due to bigger engine. (Not as good as smaller capacity bikes) 3. TVS Ronin 225 CC - *Pros* - Semi-retro look with circular headlamp, Driveability and Performance is superb. Handle bar position is very good for comfortable sitting posture with hands slightly bent in elbows. Very easy to handle in traffic. *Cons* - Very bad design/aesthetics of fuel tank (some odd shape), Color schemes are odd (not impressive), Turning radius is higher than Hunter (Needs larger space to turn the vehicle). Cost is on higher side for lower CC as compared to Hunter (mainly due to features). Overall, none of them is meeting my requirements (as mentioned above) and hence, I decided to wait for Kawasaki W175 or Yamaha XSR or Improved version of Royal Enfield Hunter. All the best! Regards, Jayesh Shimpi

I test rode both, meteor and Cb 350 rs, and went for the rs. Once you ride a honda 350 long stroke engine, the re engine doesn't hold a candle. Honda is butter smooth even to the redline, and has more torque and better exhaust for the same price! Exactly what I expected from a company that makes formula 1 winning engines.

Don't buy #RoyalEnfield hunter 350 bike. Iska ground clearance bahut kharab hai. Thoda se unche breaker par engine lower part lad jata hai. Kai baar achank leg break lagate hai break paddle road pe touch ho jata hai. And major drawback is mud guard hai. Barish me back tyre ka mud guard pura kichad aur pani aapke upar fekta hai. Aage baithe rider bhi Ganda ho jata hai. Front tyre ka mud guard bhi shoes par Sara pani kichad fekta hai. Aap off road isse bilkul nahi le ja sakte hai. Even company ko complaint ki unhone koi action nahi liya hai 5 months mai. And consumer forum me complaint karne ke baad bhi #royalenfield koi update nahi de raha hai. Pathetic service and bike hai.

The riding posture isn't good at all for long rides as a lot of people are complaining of back pain and pain in shoulders as this leaning position isn't suitable for long rides at all and particularly the handle bar isn't making it a comfortable journey as that's positioned bit away from rider and has bit low height. Both these things make long rides uncomfortable because when you buy a Royal Enfield with high power engines, you have always long rides in mind. Plus as you rightly said, the pillion isn't feeling comfortable at all if it is a ten twenty kilometers ride as both , the seat is small/short and the rare suspension is giving a bad experience even on very little potholes. So company should think of rectifying these things with the bikes who are under warranty, should provide with a handlebar that's bit more in height and comes little closer to the body so that the rider doesn't feel strain on army after ten twenty kilometers ride and company should immediately replace the rare shocker and fit a little less stiffer one so as to allow the first Byers of RE like me, to have a very good experience going with RE. Because in my case, these three four things that I mentioned, are very annoying and are actualy spoiling that whole enthusiasm with which I had purchased this most beautiful and attractive bike just around one months ago as it really has caused a lot of back pain/shoulder pain and neck pain to me to the level that I have almost given up riding it from last three four days.... Maybe everyone hasn't gone through such bad experience, but what I suffered, I am just sharing...... And sharing this never means the bike isn't good. The looks, its power delivery and many other features really make it a very good choice but the concerns that I shared are equally important as comfort is something that you Cant compromise with.....

I've been using this for 1 month now, facing same problem of very weak headlight, suspension is very stiff not like classic, feature wise they could have given some more features like GPS, Bluetooth, nav, pillion support is missing all together & pillion seat is very narrow & cheap, I would recommend people to go for TVS Ronin instead of Hunter 350!

क्या इसका pickup और speed बेहतरीन हैं अन्य बाइकों की तुलना में! मैंने सुना है पावर और pickup में ये उतनी अच्छी नहीं पल्सर जैसी गाड़ियों के comparison में

Not only color difference, RE has used non branded brakes on Dapper series. only the Rebel Series is getting the ByBre brakes. I have also confirmed it with Royal Enfield showroom/Service. UPDATE: I have checked personally it comes with BYBRE brakes. It's just different branding. On the dapper series you will find the BYBRE logo embedded in black, that's why it's not visible easily. On the other hand the Rebel variant has white BYBRE written on the brakes. That's the only difference. Both variants comes with BYBRE brakes front and back also.

True and thats the reason I have bought Rebel blue. I was going for dapper grey but showroom owner told me about the bybre disc brakes. And I suddenly booked Rebel Blue and got next day delivery 💙
