I can relate to the dilemma of keeping the indie covers when the newly published ones don’t match, usually I would just donate and rebuy them but I’m trying to save money and change my mindset about it. So I’ve been trying to think of it as “I’ve been following this author or wanting to read these books since they were indie and now their new books are traditionally published. Yay for them and yay I’ve been on this journey with them” I don’t know if that makes sense but I’m really trying to push past how much mismatch covers bother me and save money lol

If you end up reading indie cover books and they're out of print you can always search for the matching ones on websites like ebay

the Brutal Birthright series with the new covers are pretty similar to the traditional, the font of the words is just different really. But still a white cover and same photo on the Indie cover as the new ones.
