it's because the version of re:re that's in this video it's the original one (it was recorded in 2004), the version that the anime uses it's a new one that the band recorded for the anime (sorry if my english is bad, i'm from argentina xd)

Late to this party, but to explain: the show gets to the exact same ending as the manga, but the finale that leads up to it is overwhelmingly weaker. Up until episode 10, it was a perfect adaptation of the source, but those last two episodes went off the rails to a much more condensed and sloppy finale. The villain more or less happily walks into the trap set for him and it goes off without a hitch. The manga's finale was a game of cat and mouse with the protagonist and villain trying to outwit each with traps and sabotage with Kumi's life on the line. The show's finale is simply very weak and unsatisfying, especially with how strong the source was and how good the rest of the show's adaptation is. Honestly, I feel like the show just ran out of airtime. It really needed maybe 2 more episodes to do the source's finale right, possibly only 1 with some hefty cuts.
