What I like about this album is that you can really hear how Mike processed everything and went from being lost and traumatized to finding himself again.

I respect the project because the death of Chester hit him hard and this is like closure for him and it was really sad that we lost one of the best singers in 2017. While I didn't enjoy a good amount of songs I do think this is the best way of closure for Mike and I respect that.

Also while you weren't a fan of it, watching as I fall was the strongest one for me that one hit me hard

Couldn’t agree more. That’s why I couldn’t be to picky about what I didn’t like. This album was his way of dealing and I have to salute and respect that more than anything. Wishing him all the best.

That specifically for the lyrics because I can relate with the chorus. "They're watching as fall, they're staring as I go" was the winner for me. I went through some things and no one helped me out and just be spectators. It was really something that got me looking back on my past.

It’s kind of funny to compare Mike to Twenty-One Pilots and Imagine Dragons, when those bands are arguably derivative of Linkin Park.

Oh 100%. Linkin Park walked so all of them could run. I just felt that he was taking some pages from them on his solo project.

I.O.U was incredible. Have you heard his Fort Minor stuff? It is one of his best songs he has EVER done, including Fort Minor.

He MURDERED that beat 😤🔥 unfortunately I was never big on Fort Minor, but I knew he was a part of the collective. Plus, a LOT of my friends knew the words to Remember the Name 😂

The way the album flows is at the beginning he is sad and getting over his lost and around the end he is finding his way to cope and how he is dealing with ppl that talk/mention it to him.

I really enjoyed this album, the more I listen to it, the more I like it. Btw, it's my opinion only, but the music itself matters the most. I kinda don't care about its background: I mean I was sad when Chester died, but it shouldn't affect anybody's opinion. If you don't like the music, then say it. It doesn't mean you don't have respect for the passed and you don't HAVE to like something, just because it was born from a sad, tragic event.Suggest: you should try Hollywood Undead - Five, their latest album. I don't know if you're familiar with them, but I think they can perform really varied music with different genres, makes them exciting and unique.

I agree with your comment completely. So many people get “triggered” on my channel so I felt like I had to push that point heavy. I actually used to really like Hollywood Undead, but I stopped listening to them years ago due to how much a friend of mine played them lol I haven’t heard much about their newest album but I hope you liked it! I’ll probably give it an off camera listen!
