Can I make the dough and filling the night before and bake them the next morning? I want to have freshly baked bread for a morning potluck.
@teeny-tiny17213 жыл бұрын
Yes of course. You can proof bread overnight, put it in the fridge. You can bake the next day. Good luck!

Sorry, I have another question. When I bake the bread at 350 for 15 minutes, they seem to be overbaked and dry, so I lower the temperature to 325 and baked them for 20 minutes. The bread did develop a crust but the sides are still moist and soft, so I'm not sure if they're cooked or not.
@teeny-tiny17213 жыл бұрын
@@maideryang519 yes, you can adjust the temperature by 5-10F. It should be cooked as long as the bread weighs the same. ☺

Hello! kong Instant yeast po gagamitin no need nb po yung 1tsp na sugar and 1/2 cup of lukewarm water? Thanks
@teeny-tiny17213 жыл бұрын
Hi! I would recommend to still follow the process to make sure that yeast is active. I’ve tried using instant yeast activated and direct to the dry mixture. Surprisingly, the activated yeast proofed in an hour than the other one.
