10:50 Not a LN/WN reader but Imma take a stab at this one here, pretty sure these are the Mabeasts from season 1, the Ulgarm. If my memory serves me well that situation was resolved by Roswaal killing the super-majority of the Ulgarm thereby severing the connection to the curse they planned to use to make Subaru food. This resolution didn't remove their tightly knit curses just cut the head off and left the curses themselves deep in his body. My best guess is that the Dragons Blood is type of curse that's just more powerful and beat the Ulgarm curse. 15:17 Funny enough I think this is something else that won't be mentioned again because it's not important and you can blink it and miss it. I'm pretty sure its because of Pandora and her Authority which seemed to rebound even after being shown contradictory information. Pandora rewrote reality to make it so hat Regulus never was her bodyguard in her excursion to Eilor Forest and therefore Emilia doesn't remember him even after seeing him in the Trial. Without Echidna's Authority shielding her she immediately reverts to the rewritten timeline's history in which she never met him. Even Pandora's final use of her Authority seems to be sticking, don't think she remembers Pandora either...

Seems reasonable, when its been literal years since we have watched those seasons at this point kinda forgot some of the details like that.
