Hey, sorry for not catching up with your summaries, and thank you for talking about my personal favorite chapter. Otto is still the best person Emilia camp could hope for, in my opinion. When it comes to such questions and problems, the guy does things that others might not, and thinks about concerns the way that others wouldn't. He wants to trust most of the characters even when they're not exactly good people, even Roswaal, I just can't, sorry.
