@@jrockpi4043 Of course l am a huge fan of Band-Maid. But there is much great music coming from Japan and from several different bands and very different styles. When you perform a piece of music on the keyboards from any decent artist l get to see and understand the foundation of that music. In other words all of the "extras" are removed and the bare bones that all of the other instruments play off of is revealed. I wish l could have expressed that better so l hope you understand what l am trying to say. Your single instrument the piano reveals more about a song or tune and how well crafted it is than even listening to the original work does. Band-Maid songs are well crafted but so are several others. I live in Sacramento, California. When l first accidentally discovered Band-Maid in January 2017 l knew nothing of the music being produced in Japan and very little of the history of Nippon. Today l know a few things all because of Band-Maid and my desire to really understand. And where l had not one single Japanese musical artist on my playlist in the past today if l remove my Beatles songs, l have more Japanese musicians on my playlist than anyone else and by a very wide margin. All in less than three years. Today on my playlist l listen to and enjoy Scandal, lsu, Mary's Blood, BiS / BiSH, Asterism and of course everything ever done by Band-Maid except that very first mini album. And l will get that sooner or later. Sorry to be so long winded but l do appreciate what you do. Very best regards from Sakuramento.
