You can beat Wesker in about 20 to 30 seconds with type B controls. Just gotta run behind him and he will do a spin kick that makes him vulnerable over and over again.

I think i killed the enemies in the mansion but it was co-op, one distract him and the other player be behind to shoot the eye and when he turn to the other player the first one shoot the eye, it was in ps3 so I can't remember exactly but if i'm not wrong it did work XD
