Without mentioning specific details, there were moments in this FaceOff that were absolutely crazy, including strategic decisions. 😅 I am not quite sure I have recovered, your previous reference to last years Face Off feeling like a “fever dream” is exactly how I feel about this years Face Off. I remember it but in an alternate reality kind of way? 😂 Having said all of that, it was so much FUN! 🤩 I am back in it now, it took me a bit, an audiobook at certain times can do wonders to reset your brain. Well that and some sleep. Thanks Bri for such a great time! My favorite book of FO was Bunnicula! 💕

My favorite part of the weekend was finally dipping my toes into the Manga world! I started Attack on Titan, and now I can't wait to keep exploring this new (to me) world of reading. Thanks for Face Off Weekend (and the whole readathon)! I'm having a blast!

Face-off went well for me. I read 7 books (including my city prompt book on Friday) and I read some poetry, manga, & graphic novels. I liked the manga "Confessions of a Shy Baker" and the graphic novels, "How To Be Ace" and "Magical Boy Vol 2".

👻My favorite book of faceoff was a graphic novel called Under the Moon: A Catwomen Tale by Lauren Myracle. Trigger warning for domestic violence and pet death. Even with pet death being my one and only trigger, I still have this book 5 stars and it was my fav of the weekend. Probably helps that catwomen is my favorite villain.
