Thank you for reacting Band-Maid 🙏🏻❤️ Kanami(lead guitar and composer) wrote this song after a loss someone close( grandmother?) and she kept thinking ” What is life” etc..Saiki( vocals) wrote lyrics after this. Masterful songwriting and storytelling. You should check out their livevideos..I recommend ” Hate?( Official Live Video)” to see how great liveband they are. They have English and I think also spanish subtitles in their video. English for sure at least. Greets from Finland 🇫🇮🤘

I think if you are having trouble with the language, try one if their instrumental songs. From Now On or Onset might be good for you. Otherwise, try listening to the lyrics just as another instrument to be heard, not understood, and this might make you more comfortable.
