reach m+ has built-in Radio for reciving correction from base?

On updating firmware by Reach firmaware flash tool 1.5.0, it is connecting and installing image...but on flashing process it goes on pending no installation........what would be the issue?

does it works thesame with reach rs+ base and rover survey?

It is not recommend to use this as base station because in order to get the cm level accuracy the antenna is very important, the height even the prase of the beam.
