Every single attack in that fight before the final riposte was done in a scripted sequence, every stagger, every status proc, every grease change, every flask sip was supposed to be done at a specific point to achieve that kill. But it was not made by me, it was made by other two people Spicee and Mitchriz who also did speedruns of this bounty and had a better time.

Nice run! It takes me around 4h from a new Character to get to Mohg and defeat him due to getting the Dung Eater Puppet as well as some items and spells. Only "advantage" is that I can stay at RL1

Crazy to see people do this when i had to circle around the whole world for mimic tear +10 just to beat mohg and i still almost died cuz even with half radahn's armor and like 35 vig i get 2~3 shot by any of his attacks I was so excited when mimic tear didnt get reckt instantly.

encountered two big points of failure that many players are likely to get stuck on trying to replicate this: 1. "Sellia Skip" - this series of jumps is utterly bonkers and feels like I only got through because of luck after countless attempts 2. "Just kill Magnus" - This guy will one shot you. Using finite invasion items, you can end up like me and run out of them and feel so annoyed about the prospect of slowing down to grind for these early game baby items that you just straight up quit lol

Why do people block while running?

You can consistently get long jumps by blocking, otherwise you get short jumps. And long jumps are faster than running when you are going up an incline.

5:33 I tried for nearly half an hour to try and get that jump in but the branch just passed straight through me. Any advice or is this now patched?

@@samapple490 it's not patched, it's just really finicky. You have to make torrent land at the very tip of the branch sticking out by turning at the last moment. You do 4 jumps, 1st jump facing the wall while pressing up, then press down mid air and 2nd jump , then 3rd jump pressing down and 4th jump mid air by pressing up, then make sure to let go of up and you will land on the branch

A couple questions. I am not a speedrunner, but I have watched a lot of speedruns, including ER runs and there are some things I don't understand: 1. Why are you picking up the Tarnished Wizened Finger? 2. Why are player death runes visible on the compass in the church of Elleh? 3. Is one required to talk to finger reader Enia after beating Radahn? 4. Is a reload necessary to advance Varrés quest if the NPC has been killed already? 5. Why are you reloading in front of Irina? 6. Why are you reloading at the end of Moghwyn palece?

Can't open the door without picking up the item. If you jump down too early the runes stay in the boss room. Talking to Enia moves Varre to Rose Church After Varre gives you Festering Fingers, you'll have to reload before he acknowledges you did the invasion. Reloading before Irina to lose enemy aggro to teleport away immediately Reloading in Mohgwyn Palace to lose the Sanguine Noble following me in the cave
