Ngl you have a point. Drowned world is seemingly more vibrant than real world with flame mages and bloodride rituals. Also, MAKE THE LEGENDARY UNIQUE CRITS HAVE LESS DETAILED CRITS. I LIKE HAVING EYES AND SEEING THINGS.

The age suggestion was actually pretty good. He probably meant the slot age btw. I know we could just wipe the build if it gets outdated, but sometimes it just feels nice to have a slot that's, like, 200 years old or so. The problem is that the game updates so much (not a bad thing though), and balance changes, nerfs, and buffs are made all the time. So, if we could change our stats, it would actually be really cool and would make "sense" for the character to age, since age doesn't affect us at all besides appearance, I think we could gain some knowledge every few years too, like, we're aging, so we might be learning something, and knowledge isn't that hard to farm anyway, so it wouldn't affect the balance.

5:55 the crazy part ab this is someone on the dev team thought it was fine to make it so you can do this during combat so people would abuse dash -> dustlunge backstab for repeated unavoidable 25% dmg thankfully people complained enough to get that removed

Deepwoken players expect to catch someone running when they themselves are running 25 agility with 0 MOBILITY MANTRA WHATSOEVER. Maybe stop making hypermaxed Chime builds and start investing in some mobility mantras ? Even a single one does wonder to catch someone.

1:10 this man have not played the game in ages the cheese builds with near impossible to parry mix up and high damage combos are insane and a change like this actually makes sense being very similar to the concept of damage fall off in a lot of fighting games and its even a suggestion I thought about one time while playing a fighting game that would a major issue with mage builds and their high amount of power in the overall meta

For the mantra chain I fought this guy who spammed bloodrend and ironsing mantras like turrets and had insane sustain and damage he didn't land most of his mantras, but he didn't land any m1s either, it could be a good thing if people that genuinely don't m1, but not to the point where it just punishes newer players trying to learn the game and don't properly know how to combo as proficient as someone else Idk

the mantra chaining suggestion is meant to nerf mantra builds that literally do nothing BUT spam mantras, like yea you can parry if its a mantra combo but if its just one guy running for 15 minutes spamming fan the flames flame repulsion and lightning clones for tempo, that's the main thing they're trying to nerf

Lowkey they should do the opposite of the chaining mantras. Instead there's an intelligence talent that makes you deal more damage the more successive mantras you land. Shit would be busted for combos and cheese builds.

Sightless beams posture damage got nerfed a lot and on top of that the windup sound already loud enough of an emergency alert to indicate how you're going to get nuked If you're struggling this much with sightless beams in 1v2s you should learn how to prioritise

i personally think that we should nerf gale and buff flamecharm and maybe give it another legendary flame doesnt have enough yet. also make iron requiem crit take 3 bullets and on hit take another bullet away. make the req for curved blade 100.0001 gale 100 medium and add a new legendary bell that gives you your opponents ip. drowned variant does the same but also sends the pipe bomb for you. oh and add another dev spec completely un nerfed. i should be on the dev team fr....

Hear me out shadow path abyss’s path You drain the opponents sanity instead of ether and this fills a bar the further the bar fills the more buffs the shadow cast gets such as less damage taken every 10% of the bar gives 1% dr however at 100% of the bar it activates the depths where random eldrich god tentacles spawn around the opponent that might swing at them randomly
