Edit: yes I realize that it can obviously be both, the point was, they just sat there and talked over it and didn't give the time to listen and get another meaning than just depression. All of X's songs had a meaning, whether they were just hype songs or were story telling and depressing, or about his feelings, etc. I've been a fan of X and Ski for a long time and they're two of my biggest influences.
