Fun fact. The second phase of the Rennala fight isn't Rennala at all. She was crawling towards her amber egg, still kinda out of her mind with grief. The second phase was what you could call a projection of Rennala in her prime, cast by Ranni. She's very powerful. Good thing she didn't recognize you were the one trying to kill her mother. Probably would've made her think twice about asking for your help.

There is a torch you can buy from the merchant near the burning church. It's the beast repellent torch. It keeps basilisks and the non-red eyed dogs at bay as long as you didn't hit them. (Careful, aggro set enemies to ambush may get 1 attack in before they keep their distance.) And there's a torch to help see invisible enemies too :)

Seeing how you like blaidd I thought I should tell you he is actually inspired by the main character from berserk guts they actually made quite a few other characters in guts likeness like maliketh and artorias and just like blaidd guts himself is a really good mate

I partially agree. By itself it is mediocre (not helped by the Retcon War JKR is *still* having with the fandom at large), but it can be as surprisingly good sanbox in which to write... posed that one ignores the JKR's "Words of God" that are her side of the Retcon War.
