I can not say the words "This is one of my favorite performances" from Diana, even though it is because she has so many stellar performances that my words would just sound like generalities. It's difficult, for me, to avoid repetition. This is simply another masterpiece, performed by our vocal "Shape-shifter". I hope that Diana will, one day, perform the complete song. The same wish is true for "Oh, it is Not Yet Evening".

Greetings from Scotland! This still remains my favourite performance of a cover song by Diana so far! Such deep lyrics that originally Diana didn't want to perform this on the amazing Russian project "You're Super!" However, in Diana's own words she "told myself to get over it and just do it" Now it has become part of her repertoire and is often requested at her concerts as an encore. Fil Pisarev (Phil Ginzburg) wrote the music and Egor Zakharov wrote the lyrics. *Diana Ankudinova now owns the performing rights to this song.* The English translation is below:- *"Вьюга" (pronounced as V'yuga) translates to "Blizzard"* Somewhere out there, on the other side of my window, Winter stalks the land, sowing it's alabaster flakes 'neath pale sun and moon. And the silence drives me mad. And again my sleep falters in this empty house. Blizzard, lay silently your white shroud upon my abode! Somewhere now you fall asleep - Somewhere. PLEASE , PLEASE react to her cover of "I can't help falling in love with you!" I saw it when it was on live TV and to say I was somehow crying really ugly tears while being able to breathe was due to beyond anything I've ever heard....it's like you have singing from this beautiful girl who is not from this world. The closest I can compare is Enya(but being a life long Enya fan and meeting her I know how she layers her voice at least 30 times to achieve her well known voice along with ALOT of technology involved ontop of that, her original voice is beautiful but VERY VERY different); Tori Amos love her, like her, or hate her voice and music she uses very little technology on her voice(I've also met her husband who happened to be her soundguy) and Lorraine McKennett who is extremely minimalistic and relies upon her voice, her harps, and band.
