1:20 In that position Qh5+ is crushing. Black has three legal moves: a) g6 leads to Nxg6 and whatever Black does White takes the Rook (with the Knight or with the Queen if Black takes the Knight). b) Ke7 leads to Ng6+ and the Rook falls again. c) Kd7 leads to Ng6 anyway and same problem than a) the Rook is lost.

1:38 It IS that big of a deal. If you push the pawn to block the queens check you can sac you knight and gain a rook. Same again at 11:43 - it is a big deal because that one little pawn is the only thing that saves the rook. A lot of newer or lower rated players don't know this chess principle but it really helped me step up my 1m bullet chess games and even over the board i've used it against opponents around my level.

just a quick one. I'm not really as high rated as you I'm around 1200, but this bit at 1:40 this is a classic puzzle rush scenario. When you block the queen with the pawn in that scenario, you take with the knight, then when pawn h7 x knight g6 QxRh8 and you're up +3
