As a triple digit rated player myself, I can tell you that the difference between 186 and 322 is that the 300 player knows how the pieces move, and the 180 player tries to move their bishop to the opposite color diagonal

1:20 In that position Qh5+ is crushing. Black has three legal moves: a) g6 leads to Nxg6 and whatever Black does White takes the Rook (with the Knight or with the Queen if Black takes the Knight). b) Ke7 leads to Ng6+ and the Rook falls again. c) Kd7 leads to Ng6 anyway and same problem than a) the Rook is lost.

2:00 probably a good move for white would be to check with the king, then when the pawn comes in you sacrifice your knight and when they take with the pawn you take the rook and if they dont move it, the knight. also if they dont take the knight you are attacking both rook and bishop so...

1:38 It IS that big of a deal. If you push the pawn to block the queens check you can sac you knight and gain a rook. Same again at 11:43 - it is a big deal because that one little pawn is the only thing that saves the rook. A lot of newer or lower rated players don't know this chess principle but it really helped me step up my 1m bullet chess games and even over the board i've used it against opponents around my level.
