The soup recipe she made recommends homemade broth from roast chicken bones and homemade egg noodles like her mom used to make. It is a traditional family recipe. I work long work shifts so I am all for what I call my lazy girl dinners with pre-prepped chicken etc. but i think Alex should sell it like that "like watch me whip up some quick no prep soup that's better than canned". To sell it like I'm making a delicious home-made cozy soup when you are using canned ingredients and pre-prepped chicken is so laughable. So disingenuous.

I’ve never had the surgery & was only overweight after I had my first daughter but I gained a ton! I gained 70… but then lost almost 100 after I had her (26 years ago lol!), but I definitely understand the weight loss journey based off that….But it’s SO interesting hearing almost EVERYONE who has had this surgery say they don’t understand this. There is a lot of speculation as to whether she even had the surgery- and this is why!

Weight training is extremely important and has its place in a weight loss plan, I would argue that if anything, she needs to up the intensity and go much heavier. She is just fooling around with poor form and minimal effort. This will yield no results at all, just delusion she is doing something. Yes, after a proper workout you are red, sweaty, exhausted and it shows. Whatever she does is not even close. And yes, she should walk or swim for at least an hour a day as a baseline, everyday and not even consider it an exercise. It's normal human activity. Weight training should come on top of that, not to mention caloric deficit and proper nutrition.
