So a little more info about “Youth”. Mingi wrote the song when he was on hiatus (and struggling with anxiety) when he was 22 and he said that he really wanted to sing it with Yunho. He has expressed on multiple occasions how much he has relied on Yunho, even before debut when they were best friends so it makes sense he wanted to share the song with him. I have been waiting for you to react to Ateez again so I was so happy to see you upload this 😊❤ thank you so much as always! You’re reaction are so fun, but also calming to me and I’m not embarrassed to admit that there are a few I go back to regularly to rewatch when I want to relax. ❤❤❤

I admire Mingi very much because he has the courage to write openly about his moments of fragility without feeling ashamed. The lyrics of Youth are deeply imbued with his history and past and his relationship with Yunho. Maybe you have difficulty to see all the facets because you’re a baby Atiny and you still don’t know guys’ background. Once you get to know them you will listen to this song and you will be able to understand it completely.

1st all the videos have lore mixed with real life. Mingi wrote Youth when he was on his hiatus. He and Yunho were friends even before joining KQ, so it was a very difficult time for both of them: Mingi because his mental health was so bad he couldn't continue and Yunho because his close friend was suffering and not only was there nothing he could do to help, but he had to keep working so he couldn't even be with him. I warn you if you read the lyrics with this in mind, it's pretty hard not to cry. I love the idea that they are burning down the past struggles and remain as each other's constant. In Matz the chorus disses people who hate on them but part of Hongjoong's lyrics in the second verse also disses sasaengs, specifically referring to a time a GPS tracker was found on their Kia Carnival. Woosansang call themselves B. O. S. The MV for Jongho's song Everything comes out next week.

All these units are known before as ateez ships like the mom & dad (Matz) and woo san sang (they’re very close and fans always shipped them together) + yungi (yunho & mingi) they’re a little special because their friendship goes way back before ateez and this is a mingi song but he didn’t wanna do it with anyone other than his bestie, jongho is another world all together because his vocal power is insane and he’s a ballad lover he’s going all solo truly deserves it so much ❤️

They don’t do this extremely often but recently they do those sexy dances during their tour a lot. Deja vu is really sensual and the choreography to wake up and cyberpunk is also really… 😩. Hope you react to more ateez I enjoy your reactions! Maybe also some funny content like compilations and the wanteez episodes (absolutely hilarious)

Mingi had a tough growing up phase, he’s lucky to have Yunho before he had the rest of Ateez. Even after debut, he struggled and had to be benched for his mental health. He learned to deal with the hate and criticisms all with his bestie by his side,Yunho had his share of brickbats too but dealt with it differently. They’ve said that Yunho helps them deal with theirs but he keeps his own struggles private. He’s getting better with sharing it with others though. Mingi is loud and proud about self care now.

Matz is a dissing track that Seonghwa wanted to do and HongJoong did all he wanted, they wrote the lyrics, they actually talking about a lot of stuff they heard people talking about them, misstreatment, erasure in the industry, they worked a lot to get where they are, saesang that put a tracker in their car that happened, their phone numbers being sold and they are harassed a lot, being from a smaller company struggle. I think they just vented all, 5 years in one song, they never complaim lol

I started as an Army and will always be army, but thanks to my teenage daughter Im discovering more and more gems in kpop. Ateez are currently on top of my list of favourites! They have graeat music,they are all good-looking , talented and seem geniune in their interviews! Let's enjoy this journey together!

So San told us about IT's You unit name is B.O.S abbreviation for Ban O Sib (반오십) in korean that mean 'half fifty' because thay are 25,lol

EXPLAINING MVS!!! Matz is more like a diss song and them talking about like "being untamed, ready to be unleashed" is because they are born in 1998 which is tiger year. ITs You doesnt have so much lore its more like a seperate song but San is in a cage with a blue outfit symbolize "The blue bird" from world movement series. Youth is written by Mingi in his hiatus back in 2020 and Yunho added the more brighter bridge. He saved Mingi from his depression and Mingi realized it. You guessed the burning house right it was about like burning past. Plus Yunho's set is from fever series and he has lore parts from inception diarys. For example the crashed car and the guitar and stuff is about his older brother in their lore. Everything by Jongho doesnt have lore stuff but its more like a love pain song!

YASSSS I was waiting for thissss!! 13:10 Commenting to say HEY BACK! It's you just EATS everytime. & When you said "can you imagine if Yunho was here?".... I would simply combust into flames if he was in that song. I could NOT handle that!! MATZ is gonna go crazy at concerts like everybody is gonna finish the song sweating, not just the boys on stage LOL. YOUTH literally had me bawling with Mingi's lyrics until Yunho started biting his lips & grinding into the camera & I didn't know whether to cry or feel attacked & Just wait till you hear Jongho's "Everything". You will be blown away like that is such a beautiful song!!!

Mingi wrote this when he was on a hiatus!!! The song "Youth" talks about how he felt during that time!!! There is a lyric which says Adults use the word youth and that you should have fun in your youth and saying words that are harder to hear but Mingi was facing certain difficulties and didn't know how to overcome it but he adult's don't understand it or they listen to what he is going through!!! I can understand how painful it was for Mingi!!! There is a lyric where Mingi asks the adults if they have enjoyed or liked their youth and my answer is no as I went through a lot of hardships in my youth and I can feel the pain of Mingi and I can relate to it completely!!!
