I think one of the comments on this song said it best. Don't think any community rallied behind and got so attached to a team of VOs from a so little content as this. Very hard for those that did get attached to not find this emotionally hard to listen to

If you followed Hunicast at all, that's where a lot of that comes from. They really carried a lot of the hype leading up to, and after Hazbin.

id like to point out "thank you and goodnight" and "the show must go one" fit together so well, like listen to it one after the other, it almost feels like a direct passing of the torch to the new VA's, the old ones saying goodbye and closing the curtains while the new ones reopen them and tell us that no matter how sad we are the old ones are gone, that it'll still be amazing with the new ones and to not worry, and i honestly think thats a beautiful message to think abt when listening to the songs ❤

They've known for a hot minute that they'd be replaced. Glad that Amazon/Viz didn't act as a roadblock for this final performance.

Watching the pilot 4 years ago when it first came out and sticking around to watch all the livestreams with the cast. Getting attached to the pilot VA's was really fun and then learning about the recast and seeing that practically no one was the same did hurt a lot. we got one pilot and a good amount of livestreams and were were attached. I do love all the VA's for the show on Prime but hearing this goodbye from the og cast left me in tears

Yeah it's a treat to hear Baasik (Basic) is the writer on a song. Being Gryphon's brother, he was definitely gonna be there to help with this amazing little song. Though I'm partial to the arrangement he did for Getting Stronger back in the MLP days. It's a villain song they did that actually ended up predicting part of the show. Worth a watch if you'd like to see it!

As good as the pilot's VA's were, the new voices are amazing. Nobody will forget the ogs though.

remember that death is not the end. but only a transition. Dream Theater, Fatal Tragedy just kinda popped into my head at the end of this, cause it does mean the end for this iteration of these characters, but the story still continues, just in a new form.

I love the new VA's, but I also loved the originals. They're the ones who gave the characters life, and I can never forget that. 3:55 Also, I hope it's some comfort to him that the guy they got to take his place for Husk was *Keith David* Man is an absolute legend.

I fuckin love Keith. His voice is perfect for Husker and I love how much other characters he voiced that I ALSO love! (King Andrias from Amphibia, that one cat from Caroline, and he even played a role or more in some actual movies. Love that man!)

You know the old VAs did an impact when even me, who got into Hazbin in October last year, but even I felt the emotions listening to the song. Agree with the Husk change though.
