125k people attended Coachella for blackpink in 2023 & In 2018 around 85k attended. Their bornpink world tour had 1.8 million attendees (64 shows total) which is most for any kpop group and it grossed over 320 million usd which is highest grossing World tour by any vocal group...

The Shut Down clip contains references to other Blackpink clips. If you watch other clips, you'll notice the references. You could say if you watch the clip you'll see that it ends their old Blackpink era and the elevator scene where you see them pressing the UP button, which means they're opening up new opportunities and a new era for the band. In addition, the song Shut down is a response to haters, because many people want girls to fall, but they rise higher and higher

Prepare for an info dump, I'll try to answer your questions in the order that you ask them: *SHUT DOWN* The group also had backup dancers in 2019 but they always wore black to keep the focus on the group members. In 2023 they wore colors, but were in contrast to the members so that the group would still be the visual focus. Yes, they're the same four members, and yes, they look older because they got older. In 2019 they were 23-25 years old, in 2023 they were 27-29 years old (it happens). In SHUT DOWN the violin piece that repeats throughout the song is taken from Paganini's "La Campanella". The songs' meaning is twofold. The group is "Shutting Down" their haters, and they are also "Closing the Doors" on their past music and leveling up to the next version of BLACKPINK. As you noted, the stage design is taken from DDU-DU DDU-DU. The set is modeled after a traditional Korean temple. The group performed on the Coachella Stage, the largest at the festival. They performed mostly on the stage but what you also saw is a catwalk that extended into the middle of the audience to a smaller stage. Coachella is held on two consecutive weekends in April.
